The Team

Patricia is of Greek heritage and grew up always surrounded by the smells and tastes of traditional Greek cooking and long tables of shared food.

Starting the cooking classes was about getting friends together, preparing and eating food and sharing their knowledge and passion with others.

What a fantastic way to teach people how to cook. It’s casual and fun and away from home in a beautiful relaxing setting with people you love to spend time with.


With Patricia’s background in Hospitality both front of house and as a chef and having a real love food. It was only a natural progression to the next adventure in her life.

Especially since Patricia has worked at some Sydney's most prestigious establishments including Neil Perry's - Rockpool Group, where she worked closely with Neil Perry and Kylie Kwong as her mentors, and Bill Granger's restaurants - Bills in Darlinghurst and Surry Hills.

Patricia enjoys sharing her knowledge and some kitchen secrets in each cooking class. She enjoys the journey from collecting the produce, designing the menu, the smells created when the food is simmering and teaching people about unusual but delicious ingredients and flavours they may not usually have the opportunity to try.

Food is the first universal language and a great medium for bringing people together from all walks of life.
